Synopsis of emails and first meeting

I introduced myself to Chad and we arranged at time to meet.

Chad gave me an overview of the service they provide, and how he planned to use video to help explain this to patients , doctors and relevant people in hospitals.

We discussed some ideas and options on how the video might look, and delivery methods such as vimeo, youtube and using flash video directly on his website.
