3D Max

Welcome to Ed's 3D Max Page

Just getting started with 3D Max, and its one hell of a complex piece of software. I hope to use it for animation in videos. Its pretty cool, but has a very steep learning curve

• Inside the Greenhouse

  
  

  This it the early set up in the greenhouse. Some of the plants were sourced from the Unity Store, but I think it looks great.

• Water Unit

  
  

  This is the inside of the Water Unit. Its pretty basis at the moment. But I know it will develop

• Bugs and Plants

  
  

  Here you can see, some bugs and some plants I created and textured in 3D Max and brought into Unit. I think they look great.

  Ray put up a tutorial on line on how to create a control pannel. Very happy with this. Not exactly like Ray's but still good. I made a different chair, which came out nicely

  We had to do textures for a new box, so I took photos of this super ser and created the gas cylinder from scratch

• More Textures

  Here is a textured box, where I used photos of a box of salt I had at home.

• Applying Textures

  Applying texture is fun, but very time consuming, but worth it in the end

• 3d Modeling

  This is the start, I made on modeling the Harbor Master. Nearly there.
